Another crazy clinic

Every year I hope clinic will be different. It would be nice to have a day without fighting, without screaming, without 14 sweaty bodies in a 12 x 12 room all talking at once, cell phones ringing, blood sugar dropping. 

My brain shut down at 1pm.

Revived with lunch, clinic finished before 4. We have 5 cases tomorrow, 21 for the week. Our last is a 6 hour case on a 14 year old girl, Thursday.
